Propose to Congress an amendment to the Constitution to limit terms of Congress and do away with pensions

It has come to the attention of the American people that 'career politicians' do not have regard for the people they serve. If we limit terms on congress and remove their pensions, we will not only save money but will cause congress to live in the world they created. Also limiting terms will increase participation in politics and garner fresh ideas. Politics should not be a career but a time of public service. Less time worrying about reelection and more time working.
