1. All Firearms will be registered with the Federal Database to be shared with State and Local Municipality Law Enforcement Agencies for the sole purpose of Law Enforcement.
2. All Firearms will be tracked from birth to death.
3. Contained in the Database shall be serial number, owner and ballistic profile.
4. Any firearm used while committing a crime will be traced back to last owner, if owner has not reported it sold, lost or stolen, owner will be held culpable for crimes committed.
5. Anyone proven to have knowingly sold, given or gifted a firearm to a known felon or unstable persons will be held in conspiracy to commit and culpable of any crimes.
6. All owners shall petition for license with minimal fee to cover background check and license will be proof of ability to own.
