Our elected official act with little or no consequence to poor performance. Whereas their job is to run our country, they act almost solely to build and hold onto political power.
To end this we require an act that sets these laws to provide accountability to the offices of Senate, the House of Representatives, and the President of the United Sates:
1: Full financial disclosure. All personal income, expenditures, assets, and transactions shall become a matter of public record. Any attempt to circumvent this law be viewed as act of treason and dealt with as such.
2: A balanced federal budget should be enacted no later than January 1st, 2015. If at any point past that date the country falls into deficit all personal accounts and assets of the officials should be completely frozen.
