Sitting Presidents misuse use tax payer money by traveling under the pretense of conducting official US Government business, however, these sitting Presidents are campaigning to get re-elected. This is gross misconduct and fraudulently using tax payer money. Sitting Presidents travel to sites under the pretense of conducting US Government business and attend fund raisers. The use of Government resources should be explicit and unambiguous. Should a sitting President use government aircraft, government personnel and government services for campaigning, the sitting President MUST reimburse US tax payers for the ACTUAL COSTS of using such Government resources.
