The Budget of the United States has not balanced since the Clinton administration and the debt incurred as a result is now several times the total annual revenues of the United States. I feel that it is time for the people to disallow the passage of an unbalanced budget except in the most exceptional of circumstances as well as mandate the timely repayment of the current and future national debt through an amendment to the United States Constitution.
I have a really good proposal for such an amendment however it would not fit within this form. Therefore, I further propose that the White House make future forms in such a way that they will accommodate larger submissions.
