Propose to Congress the repeal of Opec's immunity from prosecution for fixing the price of oil by setting production quotas. The production quotas OPEC sets are a clear violation of America's anti-trust laws agaisnt anti-competative price fixing practices that are the product of an unlawful monopoly on production. There is no free market advocate in the world that could defend these monopolistic practices.
