Propose to the Congress a revised and expanded version of the Equal Rights Amendment

The President should address the United States Congress and propose to them the following constitutional amendment:
Section 1: Equality of rights and freedoms under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States, by any State, or by any facility of public accommodation on the basis of race, skin color, ethnicity, national origin, sex, pregnancy, religion, creed, political affiliation, citizenship, disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity, and/or family status.
Section 2: Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
Section 3: This amendment shall take effect immediately upon the date of ratification.
