Propose constitutional amendment abolishing the Federal Reserve system, allowi states to print their own money.

The federal reserve is a central bank, a private entity that puts the power of creating the money supply, and value of the dollar in the power of a few wealthy bankers. Propose a constitutional amendment allowing states to print and determine the value of their own currency, and require that the national currency be equal to the mean value of all the state currencies. This will reduce national debt, prevent excessive inflation or deflation, and be representative of a true democracy.
