Propose a constitutional amendment that ALL elected officials be held to the laws and policies that they pass.

The elected officials of our country should be held to the same standards as the citizens regarding all laws and policies they enact or pass into law. Whether by executive order or normal legislative process. Furthermore they can no longer exempt themselves or anyone else from these laws and make these provisions retroactive. Their pay and any increases should be directly related to the economic success of the country and they should no longer receive a pension but be a participant in social security like the rest of us.
