propose a constitutional amendment allowing for the total recall of all members of Congress.

Created by D.P. on December 13, 2012

Due to staggering incompetence and questionable motives, our Congress has ceased to be effective in any of the duties they assumed upon taking office. I would like to ask that this administration please support the passage of a constitutional amendment allowing for a "no incumbent" Congressional election. This could be triggered automatically at a certain popular approval rating as determined by a variety of reputable polls. It would remove the entire membership of both houses simultaneously. With our members of Congress so swayed by the money that comes into their campaign coffers, I believe the only way to guarantee that they act in good faith is to ensure that they have as few ties to the established lines of campaign finance from corporate and special interest groups as possible.
