propose a constitutional amendment declaring an individuals right to privacy.

Created by J.S. on February 11, 2013

An amendment to should be created to declare that individuals have a right to privacy. This can include a woman's right to choose, as well as people have a right to privacy in what they view on the internet and other technological devices so long as it does not violate the laws of the United States, as well as the granting the rights of individuals to marry since their decision is a private one. For this amendment corporations should no longer be considered individual citizens and thus this amendment shall not apply to them. With the expansion of technology and intrusions into peoples personal lives, it is due time for there to be an amendment that states that people have fundamental right to privacy.
