propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits in the House of Representatives and Senate

Representatives shall serve no more than five (5) terms, and Senators shall serve no more than two (2) terms.

With the limited time to serve, elected officials will be more concerned with leaving a legacy for their constituents versus pandering to special interests.
