The Constitution is a wonderful document, especially the Bill of Rights. However, we have entered a world in which technology is quickly eroding away citizen's privacy. Many people believe they have a various rights to privacy, but the Constitution does not directly outline any such rights. Prior to perhaps around 1980, it was inconceivable to most people that technology could be such an effective tool to invade the personal affairs of citizens the way it has.
We are not anti-technology, we just believe that limits must be set on what information should or can be collected, retained, and shared and believe that freedom can not exist in a world where anonymous communications are curtailed.
