Corporations should be held to the guarantee of Equal Protection of Laws and Due Process, however only as a legal entity. They should not be allowed to directly influence our elections through excessive campaign funding or direct lobbying of political parties or law makers. The individual Human persons that make up the corporate entity can influence the government by donations or other means; doing so as a voting human US citizen and as a corporate entity creates a conflict of interest that should be addressed legally.
