Term limits should be constitutionally imposed on Justices of the Supreme Court. Lifetime appointments provide unchecked power. The Justices are accountable to no one; there is an imbalance of power. At the end of their appointed terms, the Justices should be subjected to a vote of confidence/no confidence from the electorate.
