Propose a constitutional ammendment requiring legislation to be approved by the US Supreme Court before signed into law.

Created by K.S. on October 24, 2011

There are many acts of Congress that were constructed outside of the powers granted to our legislative body by the United States Constitution. In our current judicial framework, the constitutionality of such legislative acts is not addressed until the rights of the American taxpayer are infringed upon. A Constitutional amended requiring the judicial branch to review Congressional acts before they are singed into law should be required to protect the liberties and welfare of all Americans.
