Propose Air Force One is grounded for the duration of this economic dilema.
It costs millions of dollars each time Air Force One is used to transport the President. Propose the President conducts business from Washington DC until the economy can once again support the cost to transport the President.
The President should be a good example, reducing costs where and when possible.
