Propose ending philosophical exemptions for children in public schools.

The Obama administration should propose to the CDC, the Dept. of Education, and to Congress to require all children in federally funded public school districts to be fully vaccinated in accordance with the recommended schedule by ending the so called philosophical exemptions. Exemptions should only be allowed if a child's religion specifically states that vaccines are not permissable, or if there is medical proof that a child is at actual risk from receiving vaccines. Proof must be provided by a board certified M.D.
