Propose a fair and equal law act to be added as a new Amendment to the Constitution.

It is the considered opinion of the educated people of this nation that the Officers of our Nation's Government should be held accountable to their constituents. Therefore we propose that an Amendment be made to the Constitution of the United States, using this statement verbatim,"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."
