This petition seeks to create a corporate Federal tax form 1120EZ for small businesses with top line revenues of less than $2 million. The idea is that this 1120EZ would be really simple in the spirit of "Line 1: Top Line Revenue = $x; Line 2: Tax Rate = y%; Line 3: $x * y% = $tax". "y%" could be fixed for all or it could be some kind of look-up table; however, if a table, the math to figure out which table line item to be used for "y%" should be kept really simple.
