Propose a federal law banning the use of "Conversion Therapy" to all LGBTQIA people under the age of 18.

Conversion Therapy can have serious repercussions against LGBTQIA people. These adverse affects can be greatly exaggerated should a minor be forced into going into such therapies. We would like to propose a law banning all states from allowing psychotherapists from trying to convert LGBTQIA minors.
