Propose a Federal Law in which Adults who Commit Crimes Against Children are Automatically Rendered Sterile.

Respectfully requesting that if an adult commits a crime against a child, is investigated by CPS and physical or sexual abuse or neglect is substantiated, and/or has a child removed from his or her custody by the state, that the adult is automatically subjected to forced medical sterilization. If that adult willingly harmed a child and encroached upon that child's right to safety and stability, than that adult loses his or her right to procreate and likely harm another child. The procedure should be painless and humane, which is far kinder than what the adult subjected the child to.
