propose the "Flat Tax and Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution"

We the People do hereby petition Congress and President to place before the People for a vote of the People the Flat Tax and Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution on November 1, 2011 to be adopted and enacted on January 1, 2012.
Congress is required to balance the budget yearly publishing for the public review no less than 60 days prior to each budget year. Congress is required to audit every federal department and all expenditures yearly and public contracts monthly. Complete transparency of each federal departments spending required in full.
Enact the Flat Tax on all individual and business income with no deductions or refunds based on the total federal budget.
Congress is required to pay off the national debt by 12/31/2021.
