We, the undersigned, petition the Obama Administration, to propose an Act, in accordance with the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, to ensure that nobody is compelled to cooperate with any religious beliefs or activities that are not their own, or to be compelled or obligated to financially support such activities through taxation, to mandate that no member of the American public is to be excluded from any event, activity, service, or financial transaction, or medically necessary procedure due to the religious beliefs of others, and to preempt state laws to the contrary.
This Act should be referred to as the Freedom From Religion Restoration Act, or "RFRRA".
