Following the tragic loss of our beloved Harambe, I think it has became abruptly clear that we need to recognize the rights of our Silver Back brethren. The Harambe Act will clearly outline the circumstances under which you can legally euthanize an endangered silver back mountain gorilla. Harambe didn't need to die, and it's in his memory that we propose the Harambe Act in his honor, and to protect the future generations of the Silver Back community.
