PROPOSED AMENDMENT
Congress shall make no law rewarding a tax leniency for the buying of a good or service; or taxing any citizen to coerce the purchase of a particular service in commerce; or demanding a citizen to purchase a commercial product or service in which the citizen chooses to abstain from, not regarding theft of or damage to property; or diminishing the freedom of purchase by granting favor to any producer, certain production, provider of service, or citizen to influence the market of mutual exchange.
