propose an infrastructure bill that will put broadband internet access into rural areas to spur cottage industry jobs.

Created by H.C. on September 23, 2011

This will create a low cost domestic alternative to outsourcing jobs offshore and give millions of Americans access to broadband technology that will create small businesses in the information age. Many corporations would consider relocating call centers back into America with a virtual footprint by hiring at home call agents. They would save money by not having to invest in buildings and minimize their upfront infrastructure costs. Furthermore, many people in rural areas will now have the same broadband access that urban areas have and that coupled with low cost loans will create new small businesses that can leverage the internet and give them access to new markets to sell their goods and services.
