The need to eliminate polluting fossil fuels is so great that cooperation between nations, businesses, educational institutions and individuals is needed in the areas of solar, wind, electric vehicles & light weight batteries. Patents should not be tools to prevent inovation and products in these areas. Patent holders in these technologies should be included in a pool where they receive a modest reward. Information on these technolgies should be shared freely, cooperation fostered then we'll see inovation, more products & lower cost.
We should realize that this living planet needs oil reserves, coal deposits, clean water & air for its sake and ours.
Government is for the people and the people need cooperation in order for us to have health and truly do something for children.
