Propose a law to remove campaign donations, by making a general fund.

This would be proposing a law making a general fund so that all campaign donations would go into the general fund. All registered parties canidates, I.E. Republican, Democrat, Inedpendant, etc... would all have to divide the total ammount to use for their presidental campaign. This would provide equal oppurtunity for all canidates.
