Propose legislation to implement Instant Runoff Voting for elections.

Created by A.L. on January 12, 2013

Proposal to reform voting to more accurately reflect the voters choice instead of the current blue/red only option.

The current bipolar system has degenerated from voting-for-whom-you-want to voting-for-whom-you-want-more-than-the-other-guy, voting against the unwanted for whomever has the best odds to block that candidate.

Numbering the candidates in the order of preference on the ballot will allow voters to choose who they really feel is most in line with their views. If that person came in last then the second of that voters choices get the vote.

Reality is not binary, so our government officials should not be elected via a purely binary system.
