Propose legislation to impose term limits on US Senators and Congress members

The current fiscal cliff/debt limit disgrace being staged by our House of Representatives should force us all to evaluate the people we continue to elect to represent us. Many of these Representatives face little or no opposition during each election, which leaves them little motivation to lead/legislate from the seats they hold. Others spend most of their time raising money/campaigning for the next election cycle instead of doing their jobs. Term limits of no more than two terms for a Senator or Representative should be imposed, just as we have for our President. The current House is a disgraceful example of childish behavior on display daily for all the world to see, and they weaken our country with their petty squabbling and bickering. It's time to bring in new people and ideas!
