When military force is deployed the draft will automatically begin on the 31st day of that deployment. "Deployment" would be clearly defined to avoid conflicting with ongoing support operations at established military bases in allied country locations. When troops are deployed on the ground or in the air over non-allied countries, the 30-day clock will start.
The draft will automatically continue until there are not troops on the ground or in the air over the non-allied country that is the subject of the deployment.
