Propose legislation to legalize medical marijuana upholding the right to life and pursuit of happiness.

The Declaration of Independence states that all people in the United States to have the right to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness. People who have terminal illness and wish to use marijuana should have the right to do so. This would uphold the Declaration of Independence allowing one to have an adequate pursuit of happiness improving their quality of life. People who are dying should have the right use marijuana to keep them alive upholding the right to life. Therefore the United States Government should allow all Citizens with medical recommendation the right to use Medicinal Marijuana, Upholding the Declaration of Independence and The rights of a free American Citizen.
