Propose legislation limiting fundraising activities of sitting politicians and costs of that activity to tax payers.

I propose that legislative action take place to limit the ability of sitting elected officials in DC to travel and fund-raise on behalf of others while "on the clock" for US tax payers. For example, the President should not be travelling on Air Force One, on the tax payers' money, to fund raise all over the nation for the DNC while there are international and national crises going on that need immediate attention. Any such activity should be reserved to vacation time, and the use of official travel resources should be paid for by the elected official or the group sponsoring the event (RNC/DNC), not the tax payers.
