Currently, some states, such as California, Connecticut, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Washington, grant illegal immigrants in-state college tuition, the same benefit immigrants who earned the right to live here legally have. This is simply unfair to those who have worked hard and followed the legal process to obtain such a right.
