Since most American Citizens must pass a Urine Analysis Test in order to be eligible for employment, recipients of Welfare benefits and all Government Assistance should have to pass similar tests to be eligible for said assistance.
It is only just to the Tax payers to ensure that the recipients of Government Assistance are not abusing the system by receiving benefits while using illegal substances.
