propose legislation that requires drug testing of candidates for federal office and random test current Congresspersons

Created by C.C. on September 24, 2014

As it is the normal policy of employers in the USA to require a pre-hire drug test of employees and at times to randomly require employees to under go random, unannounced drug tests to remain on the job, I propose legislation that requires drug testing of all candidates for federal office at the time of their application for the office of a US Senator or Congressman and to conduct unannounced random drug tests of all current sitting Congresspersons throughout the years of their service. Such tests should be required no less than monthly and thought given to including all federal court and Supreme Court judges and justices.
