Propose legislation that separates small local farmers from the ultra high volume corporate farms.

Created by J.R. on January 07, 2013

Currently small scale farmers who produce organic goods for a local market are held to the same regulations as the multi billion dollar farming corporations. This causes them to spend more time filling out government regulatory documents than farming.

Propose legislation that recognizes farmers based on volume and places where they sell their goods instead of a general “farming” category.
