We petition to the Federal Administration to propose before Congress the following amendment to the US Constitution:

Section 1. No one shall be privileged, favored, prejudiced, deprived of any right or exempted from any duty on the basis of ancestry, sex, race, language, place of origin, religion, political or ideological beliefs, education, economic situation, social circumstances, sexual orientation or sexual identity.

Section 2. The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

Section 3. This amendment shall take immediate after the date of ratification.
