Veterans who suffer service related disabilities deserve compensation for their injuries. The Veterans Administration has a comprehensive network of National Medical Centers and a system for settling disability claims is in place, however, the typical process time for settling a disability claim is a year or more. The VA must improve the process for processing claims. Legislation requiring the VA to improve the disability claims process will ensure that OUR veterans will be better, and more quickly, compensated for their sacrifice to OUR country.
