Propose Mandatory Jail Time For Politicians Who Lie.

Lying is causing great damage to our culture and society.
Lying is also costing our country millions and billions of dollars, when the effect and impact of lying is factored into the economy. It is now common for politicians to lie just about anything and everything. As a citizen, I find it disturbing and insulting that our politicians are allowed to get away with such shameful behavior under the disguise of free speech. It is sickening for some of us. Politicians who lie to the public and to society in general are in essence destroying the dependability, reliability and trust needed to sustain a civilized and stable society. It is time to hold politicians fully accountable and responsible for the lies some of them have been telling the public. It is now time to make liar politicians pay
