Propose n' pass a "Suspended Drivers License Amnesty Bill" to get Americans off the sides of roads, and back to work!

After a few DWLSR's, a couple stints in jail, 10's of thousands of miles walked, and meeting hundreds of others in the same situation, it has become apparent that suspended licensed Americans is a big problem, because people can't drive to work to pay their fines, and people can't pay their fines because they can't drive to work, then end up falling through the cracks, then the Gov. ends paying out more in entitlements then bringing in per person then the amount of their fines. I propose a once or twice in a lifetime use of an Amnesty toward a suspended license at no cost, and a future option of either paying the initial traffic fine OR double the time of suspension with no fine. It should drop the unemp% into the 6's. This isn't the 50's when driving was a privilege, it's now a necessity.
