In order to insure trust in the disposition of law enforcement shootings, we petition the Whitehouse to propose new laws requiring the following:
1) All law enforcement shootings with injuries must be investigated and/or prosecuted by the Governing State's Attorney General or Special Prosecutor.
2) All law enforcement officers must be provided means of anonymously reporting to State and Federal Attorneys General gross misconduct and/or criminal activity by other law enforcement officers - and encouraged to do so.
To establish more citizens' trust in Local Law Enforcement, all Peace Officers must be held to the highest standards.
