Propose an unpaid absence for anyone who is actively trying to shoot down bipartisan legislature for personal gain or to appease any other influence instead of the people he is supposed to be helping (I.e. we the people).Also set a deadline of of June 15 by which at least one important issue has to be addressed and have steps taken to pass a bill for it. This petition should not have to exist and we should not have to babysit congress.
