Proposing an amendment to the Constitution that guarantees an individual's privacy would promote the freedom America is supposed to uphold.
It's only fair that the people have right to themselves without fear of punishment for individuality or personal choice.
We must have a right to our own bodies; this is essential to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We need constitutional protection to alter, medicate, and ingest any substance individuals see fit for their own bodies.
Basic communication between humans must also be protected without fear of government spying. This amendment would not hinder law enforcement from controlling behavior that inflicts a direct affect on society or another individual.
The right to unhindered privacy and communication is essential to true freedom.
