propose a proper regulation for extending the STEM OPT before 02/2016 to avoid expected shock to both firms and students

Good afternoon Mr.President,
My name is umakrishna atluri.I am a foriegn student,i am doing masters in YSU.I heard news about opt extension reducing from 29 months to 12 months.I am studying in STEM course.So please increase the opt to 36 months this will help me to gain industrial experience which will help me in future.Please go thru this Mr.President make a good decision which will benifit all of our foreign students.
