Propose sane firearm legislation that both protects reasonable gun ownership while prohibiting possession of military (human hunting) weapons , so that it can actually pass both House and Senate.

Which:
Reenforces the right for citizens to own a pistol, rifle or shotgun for target, hunting or self defense by addressing the issues that threaten the right to own firearms by:
Creating National Background Check,
Setting safety standards,
Making gun theft, possession of stolen or unnumbered firearms serious federal offense, etc.

And:
Buys back, and bans possession of the following human hunting weapons: Assault Rifles, Machine Guns and Machine Pistols, and Large Capacity Magazines.
Makes possession of banned weapons a serious federal offense.
Allows permanently disabled military weapons.
