Though we believe that Gun Control is the best measure yet as stop gap measure we propose following solutions that are derived from Auto industry rules:
- Require a Gun Operation license (like a car driving license) before buying a Gun.
- Require Third Party insurance by all 'Gun Operation license' holders and Gun owners.
- Require all guns to have tracking mechanism (GPS + Transmitter) so that police can monitor gun movements to maintain sanity of Gun Free Zones.
- All Gun purchases, and resale must be registered.
- Annual inspection of Guns
The signatures on this petition represent a collective demand for a bipartisan discussion resulting in a set of laws that regulates how a citizen maintains a gun.
