propose a special referendum election to recall all Congressional delegates from Washington

Following the principles of George Washington and the Federalist paper No.'s 9 & 10, the Republican and Democratic congressional delegates have allowed personal ambitions, party interests and special interest to divide the nation. To stop the nation from convulsing from within and ripping itself apart, a petition to the President to call a nationwide referendum to recall all Congressional delegates is proposed. The national leaders must realize that their service to the nation has ended, they have failed in their service and should return to private life.
