One thing almost everyone agrees on, is, “only the gov’t can spend so much with no accountability”.
A proposed bill must require a 3rd party consultant to investigate each entitlement program and report all findings and recommendations to congress on a regular basis. The reduction of waste will pay for the consultants. Research similar consultation costs, set a budget, and contract a company at a guaranteed price for guaranteed results.
Provided, the bill has no vague terms, no budget increases, & no earmarks, it will destroy a bulk of the rhetoric, & force republicans to choose between voting against a democrat’s bill and their argument of entitlement waste. This bill will lead to public support, election victories, and will set the tone for regulation and accountability of corporations.
